Add a custom bucket
Before you can add custom buckets to Nebbl, you need to create them in the cloud storage provider service and get the necessary credentials for them. Adding a custom bucket
Go to the Buckets page.
Simply click the
A small menu will open. Choose Custom....
The ADD BUCKET dialog window will open prompting you to enter the details of the bucket and the bucket credentials:

In the Bucket details section enter:
- Display name*
- Description
In the Bucket credentials section enter:
- Region*
- Endpoint*
- Bucket name*
- Access key*
- Secret key*
Treat your Secret key as a password. Don't share it anywhere outside of Nebbl or your cloud provider account.
Next, in the Privacy settings section choose if you want the bucket to operate in zero-knowledge mode. You can read more about zero-knowledge buckets here.
Even if you don't choose zero-knowledge mode, your Secret key will be securely encrypted within the Nebbl service and will be never transmitted outside of it or even to the Nebbl user interface.

With all the data entered, click the
The newly added bucket will appear in the buckets list.
